These terms govern the relationship between you, as a user or buyer, and Icy Nicy, as the service provider. They apply alongside the quotation or signed contract for each project; where the two conflict, the project-specific contract prevails.
Some services require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register and for keeping them up to date — shipping and invoicing are based on exactly that information.
Keeping your password and login codes confidential is your responsibility, and any activity carried out through your account is attributed to you. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised access.
Icy Nicy reserves the right to restrict or suspend an account where false information has been registered, or in cases of misuse or breach of these terms.
Submitting an order or a quotation request on the site counts as a purchase request; on its own it does not conclude the sale. An order becomes final once Icy Nicy has confirmed it in writing (by SMS, email or an approved quotation) and the agreed payment has been made.
Industrial ice machines are usually configured around capacity, ice type and the conditions of the installation site. Our specialists may therefore contact you before final confirmation to complete the technical specification.
If stock runs out, the manufacturer changes a specification, or an obvious pricing error occurs, Icy Nicy may decline the order. In that case any amount received is refunded to you through the standard refund process.
Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change with currency movements, raw-material costs and supply conditions. The binding price is the one stated on the official quotation issued to you.
Every quotation carries a stated validity period. Once that period ends the quotation expires automatically, and you will need an updated version in order to place an order.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted amounts exclude freight, transport insurance, customs duties and on-site installation and commissioning; these are calculated separately. Value-added tax is added to the invoice in accordance with applicable regulations.
Payment may be made through the online banking gateway, by transfer to the company's official account, or on the terms agreed in the quotation. Only transfers to the official accounts stated on the quotation or the website are valid.
Made-to-order and project work normally requires a deposit, and the production schedule starts once payment is confirmed. Full settlement is a condition of delivery or loading, unless the contract provides otherwise.
An official invoice is issued once the order is final. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the legal details shown on it (name, economic code and address).

We work hard to keep specifications, capacities and product images as accurate as possible. Even so, figures such as daily ice output are measured under standard conditions and, in practice, depend on ambient temperature, inlet water temperature, water quality and ventilation.
Product images are illustrative; small differences in finish or colour between the image and the delivered unit are possible. The manufacturer reserves the right to make technical improvements without prior notice, provided core performance is not reduced.
Icy Nicy accepts liability within the scope of the commitments set out in the quotation, the contract and the warranty terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — such as production downtime, lost profit, spoiled raw materials or your contractual losses with third parties.
In any event, our liability does not exceed the amount paid for the goods or service in question.
We accept no liability for damage caused by installation by unauthorised persons, operation contrary to the user manual, power fluctuations or outages, unsuitable inlet water, or force majeure events. Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the website is likewise not guaranteed.
If performance is delayed by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, import or customs-clearance restrictions, widespread power or internet outages, strikes, sudden regulatory change or supply-chain disruption — that delay is not treated as a breach of contract.
In such cases we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you on an alternative solution or a revised schedule.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Should a dispute arise, the parties will first try to resolve it through direct, good-faith discussion. If no agreement is reached within a reasonable time, the matter falls within the jurisdiction of the competent Iranian courts, unless a project contract provides for another route such as arbitration.
Icy Nicy may revise these terms at any time. The updated version takes effect as soon as it is published on this page, and the date of the latest revision is shown at the top.
